Melbourne Talk provides a platform for random video chat between consenting adults. The service allows users to connect with strangers via peer-to-peer video and text communication without requiring registration or account creation.

Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct and the content you share during conversations. Melbourne Talk does not moderate conversations in real-time but may investigate reports and take action against violations. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
No Endorsement
Melbourne Talk does not endorse or verify any users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not perform background checks and cannot guarantee the identity, behavior, or intentions of any user.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Limitation of Liability
Melbourne Talk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Melbourne Talk and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Intellectual Property
The Melbourne Talk name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it solely for service operation.
